18 U.S.C. § 2257 Exemption Statement

All visual material on Andoba Sex is embedded from third-party platforms. We do not produce, host,
upload or store any video file. The embed player, the video and its thumbnail are served by the platform
the creator originally published on.

Because of that, Andoba Sex is not a producer — primary or secondary — of any of the depictions appearing on
this site, as those terms are defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75. The obligation to create and keep
age and identity records rests with the original producer and with the platform hosting the material. Requests
for those records should be addressed to the platform shown in the embedded player.

Every performer appearing on this site is 18 years of age or older. We take that seriously: content is pulled
only from platforms that verify the age of their uploaders, and any clip flagged as involving a minor, as
non-consensual, or as published without the performer’s permission is removed on sight and reported to the
originating platform. We do not need a court order to act on that.
